Requirements & Regulations

Please Read and fill all fields below.

TERMS:

  • This is a “Maker’s” Market. You must provide images of you making your products. (social media links or photos). No MLMs (multi-level marketing) will be accepted to be a vendor.
  • The verification process may take up to 2 weeks. If selected, you will be notified by email and receive a vendor fee invoice.

VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING

A) Submitting this application signifies a commitment to participate and showcase at the event. Vendors are required to make payment upon submission and commit to understanding and adhering to all rules and regulations outlined in this contract. Submissions lacking payment or communication will be promptly canceled.

B) To abide by all policies and procedures printed and incorporated in this application/contract. The signature of this contract indicates that the person signing accepts personal liability for his/her company.

C) Vendors must remain set up until the closing of the event unless otherwise notified by MegaBite Staff!

D) Vendors must leave vendor space in clean condition. No garbage is to be left behind.

E) All vendors must post and tag any event you are attending as MegaBite Events Facebook and Instagram.

F) Failure to attend an event you have signed up for without informing us may result in not being able to attend future MBE events.

G) Exhibitors are solely responsible for the payment of NJ Sales Tax & for maintaining product liability.

H) Exhibitor agrees not to sell food, beverages, or anything edible without advance approval by MegaBite! Events.

SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Mega Bite Events reserves the right to determine tent/booth location. Booth sharing is not permitted without consent. Vendor may not assign their booth or any portion of it to another person/vendor for any reason.

We do not offer exclusive vendor product opportunities, but we do try to limit to 2 same or similar vendors where possible. Each participating locations has final say for all applicants.

DISPLAY REGULATIONS
No vendor or exhibit may block or interfere with a neighboring booth. Vendors shall confine all activities within the limits of the booth. Nothing may be nailed, tacked, or screwed to any of the trees or structures within the festival area.

* Anyone selling food must be approved for a health permit from the event's local municipality prior to the event.

LIABILITY / INJURY
Organizer will not assume any liability for any injury that may occur to event visitors, vendors, their agents, or employees during the event, including setting up/break down periods.

STAFFING
Tents must be staffed at all times with adequate personnel to serve the attendees.

INSURANCE
Vendor shall carry COI general casualty liability and property damage insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000. Vendor shall name Mega Bite Events, LLC as an Additional Insured, and provide Mega Bite Events LLC, with written evidence of coverage at least 30 days prior to the event.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the host. You will forfeit you fee is you choose to not show up. If the show is canceled for weather conditions or cancelled due to the threat of unsafe conditions, authority of the law, strikes or Act of God. The above-mentioned parties will not be liable for damages, loss, or injury for any reason within or beyond their control. Insurance for such loss, damages or injury shall be the sole responsibility for each exhibitor at their own cost. MegaBite! Events, LLC reserves the sole right to revoke the agreement granted within this application for any reason whatsoever and at any time by refunding the fee paid by the Exhibitor. MegaBite! Events, LLC will not be liable for lost revenue or any other liability whatsoever beyond the fee paid by the Exhibitor because of enforcing this provision.

EXCLUDED ITEMS FOR SALE
The sale of knives, box cutters, unlicensed, counterfeit products (no “knock-off” or bootleg items), gel candles, spray foam, fake cigarettes, streamers, sparklers, fireworks, bomb bags, stink bombs, snappers, hover boards, self-balancing boards, drones, electronic cigarettes, hemp products, marijuana, CBD products, pornographic material, firearms, weapons, ammunition, self-defense products, explosives, fire-fighting equipment, herbal or dietary supplements, motorized scooters or wheelchairs, security systems, bean bag chairs, operating parts of automobiles, motorcycles, motorized bicycles or boats, adult toys, prescription or cosmetic lenses or prescription footwear, smoke and/or odorous items flammables or any item deemed illegal under the law is strictly prohibited. The sale of cigarette lighters to minor children (under the age of eighteen) is strictly prohibited.

VENDOR SPACE FEE
An 8' x 8' space will be provided  All Events will run from 11:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Set up begins at 10am. A 6ft table and chair will be provided to the first 25 vendors that sign up. In some cases, tablecloths will be provided however we suggest you bring your own tablecloth to all events. fee is per table. if you cannot fit merchandise on one 6' table space, please purchase two tables.

PAYMENTS: IMPORTANT UPDATE: EFFECTIVE OCT. 1 - PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF CONTRACT SIGNING. PAYMENTS AFTER 15 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE. ADDITIONALLY, IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE AFTER 35 DAYS YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SPOT.

You will be invoiced separately. Do not send payment now.

If you will be paying by credit card a 4% transaction fee will be added). Additional needed space may require an additional fee.

OTHER
• Megabite Events reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.• To avoid emails being lost in spam, please set your email settings permit communications from apps@megabiteevents.com

• Smoking, alcohol, and other drug use is prohibited while attending event.

Clear Signature
I, as evidenced by my digital signature above, have read, understood & agree to comply with all the show regulations in this contract. I expressly release the promoter and all other parties that are involved from any & all liability for any damage, injury, or loss to any person or good which may arise from participation. I understand no refunds will be granted for any reason including inclement weather or cancellation. I give permission to use my name, business name & any images of myself and my work for advertising & publicity. I further agree to comply with any other show regulations the Promoter deems appropriate. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the show & exclusion from future shows. I understand that payment is due upon acceptance of this application, or my application will be canceled.
