Q. What are Minibites?
A. Minibites is a booking service and a subset of Megabite Events. These are events that aren’t quite festival (Mega) size but still require food trucks and other types of vendors.
Q. I am interesting in a food truck for my event how do I inquire?
A. Just click on the request form button above and fill out our form with details of your event. We will promptly reach out to you to discuss any details.
Q. What makes Minibites better then some of those other services?
A. As a liason between hosts and vendors, we understand the needs of both! We have booked hundreds of events and have amassed a very large database of vendors that can meet your needs what ever and where ever they may be. We are very good at communicating and will follow through from contracting to post-event follow up.
Q. Why can’t I just do this myself?
A. We simply take the hassle out of sourcing vendors, making phone calls and numerous emails, obtaining the correct health and fire permits, COI’s and other requirements. Most importantly being able to pivot to an alternate vendor due to a cancellation that would leave your event in jeopardy.
Q. Is there a cost?
A. Yes we charge small service fee that ranges based on your needs. Think of us as a party planner for your event. We make sure everything goes as planned so you can enjoy yourself.
Q. Can I get any kind of food cusine?
A. Yes! There are so many mouth-watering choices of cusines from around the globe available.
