MegaBite Events Farmers Market Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Refunds & Changes

To better facilitate vendor scheduling and attendance projections, we have amended our terms and conditions regarding refunds and date changes. These terms are effective as of June 9, 2025.

Vendors will be allowed (1) date exchange or (1) excused absence with prior notification per market season. Changes are being made to the following fee schedule.

Date Changes:

• $20 fee for any date change over one.

Refunds:

• No refunds, credits, or changes for missed or not-attended scheduled dates.

• Refunds will only be given under the following conditions:

-A refund that is warranted and has received prior approval  OR

-Megabite Events cancels the market day due to extreme weather or other reasons.

Emergency on the Day of the Market

• Call or text for urgent matters within 24 hours of an event.
• Vendors who don’t follow this may jeopardize their position in the market.
